Fat Fueled Female is a program that is designed to educate and empower women to make informed nutritional and lifestyle decisions that are best suited for them and their families. The program itself is based on the keto diet but has specific modifications that tailor the diet to the unique needs of women. 

Fat Fueled Female emphasizes the importance of eating whole foods, healthy fats, vegetables, and even some carbohydrates, which are otherwise not included in a standard keto diet but are very important for women’s hormonal health. Throughout the four weeks of the program, women are educated on what the keto diet is, the healthiest types of fats to use, how to prepare nutritious fat-fueled meals, how to incorporate appropriate exercise, and how to manipulate this lifestyle to make it work for them. 

By the end of the program, each woman leaves having put together their own version of a keto lifestyle and easily transitions into making it a lifestyle that can be maintained. Many women see positive results in their weight loss, hormone balance, brain function, energy levels, blood sugar balance, mood, and overall well-being. This program also incorporates an online community where the women can discuss their experiences, share ideas, troubleshoot, and ask for suggestions.

As a Fat Fueled Female coach, it is amazing to see how excited the ladies get when they are seeing the wonderful changes that come along with being on the program. The energy of the online community is so infectious, I can’t help but get excited as well. I love having the ability to help the women in the program achieve their goals by answering their questions, sharing my experiences, and providing any tips and tricks that I discovered along my own keto journey. 

The content of Fat Fueled Female is interesting and engaging in and of itself, but having the online community just brings it to a whole new level. It gives a glimpse of keto in real life and reinforces the fact that Fat Fueled Female is not a regimented four-week fad diet, but a lifestyle that is balanced, easy to maintain, and family-friendly. Many of the women share stories and pictures of their families enjoying some of the recipes that are provided in the program. I am beyond grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of this program and to share in the journeys and successes of the wonderful women who participate in Fat Fueled Female.
